SHIPPING
All items will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. Business days are classified as Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST. Please note that any ready to ship (RTS) items purchased with pre-order items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order. Should you wish to have your pre-order and RTS items shipped separately, please purchase the items separately.
SHIPPING METHODS
All items are shipped via Australia Post. Tiptoe Down Poppy Lane is not and will not be responsible for lost/damaged/stolen items. We adhere to Paypal policies regarding buyer and seller. All items will have a tracking number as per Paypal protection agreement for the seller.
Note... You must have a Paypal confirmed address!!!
EXPRESS POST & INSURANCE
Tiptoe Down Poppylane is happy to offer insurance options at checkout to cover any lost/damaged/stolen items. Please note, that this is an optional extra and therefore MUST be purchased in addition to the standard shipping rate. We will also offer express post options at an additional cost. Please note that additional costs will only be added when specifically requested by the buyer... the shipping will be an upgrade price in addition to the standard shipping price.
If you opt out of insurance, you agree to and understand that if your package is lost/stolen/damaged that tiptoe down poppylane is NOT responsible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any custom fees. To keep shipping costs to a minimum I only charge standard/Flate rate shipping with tracking. This does not include any insurance for loss or damage. Should you wish to pay an additional fee for insurance, please contact me for a quote.
