SHIPPING
All items will ship within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. Business days are classified as Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST. Please note that any ready to ship (RTS) items purchased with pre-order items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order. Should you wish to have your pre-order and RTS items shipped separately, please purchase the items separately.

Tiptoe Down Poppylane is closed for Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Years Day and all other NSW Public Holidays.
PRE ORDER
Preordered or custom ordered items will take between 2-4 weeks for completion.. depending on workload. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY READY TO SHIP (RTS) ORDERED WITH PRE ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE PREORDER. If you would like your preorder and RTS items shipped separately, please purchase the items separately.
FIT/SIZING
Please note that tiptoe down poppylane cannot assure that every item will fit every baby the same. Newborns / Children come in all shapes and sizes. I have worked with many professional newborn photographers to create my measurements for headbands, bonnets, pants, and wraps. Designs, sizes and wraps will vary depending on fabric. Knit wraps are generally 13”-14” and jersey wraps 14”-15” however this (including lace wraps) may vary depending on fabric.
Our items are intended for use as photography props by professional photographers. Keep out of reach from babies and children. Please use commonsense & care when handling delicate items. Always attend to babies and children whilst using props. Please ensure you have adequate knowledge of correct safety procedures during posing and composites. Always inspect items prior to each use and always attend to child whilst in use. Tiptoe Down Poppylane is not responsible for user error.
CUSTOM ORDERS
From time to time tiptoe down poppylane will offer custom order options. Please note, I will not begin working on your item until the product has been paid for in full.
All sales are final!
VINTAGE ITEMS
All items that are considered "True Vintage" may have wear and stains due to the nature and age of the material. By purchasing "True Vintage" items, it is understood that the item may have wear, blemish, stains or discolouration.
SHIPPING METHODS
All items are shipped via Australia Post. Tiptoe Down Poppylane is not and will not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen items. We adhere to Paypal policies regarding buyer and seller. All items will have a tracking number as per Paypal protection agreement for the seller. Note... You must have a Paypal confirmed address!!!
EXPRESS POST & INSURANCE
tiptoe down poppylane is happy to offer insurance options at checkout to cover any lost/damaged/stolen items. Please note, that this is an optional extra and therefore MUST be purchased in addition to the standard shipping rate. We will also offer express post options at an additional cost. Please note that additional costs will only be added when specifically requested by the buyer... the shipping will be an upgrade price in addition to the standard shipping price.
If you opt out of insurance, you agree to and understand that if your package is lost/stolen/damaged that tiptoe down poppylane is NOT responsible.

I stand behind the quality of my work and offer a variety of items made from shabby, vintage, upcycled and new materials aiming to deliver unique newborn photography props. Due to the nature of the industry I do not accept returns, all products are sold "AS IS" so please choose carefully. I love what I do! My goal is to make YOU happy and satisfied with your purchase.
